Hai said :

With nearly 2 600 companies listed on Stock Exchange , the idea of the Association of Listed companies are completely in accordance with actual needs . I also said that the project established the Association of the listed organizations are consistent with the provisions of law , however I'm surprised to hear that , since 2006 until now , after multiple editing records , completed , this association has not yet been officially licensed establishment .

In my opinion, the slow association license must be clearly explained from the licensing authority , by the delay or refusal to meet a good idea , good for the overall development of the stock market , there action could be considered to negatively impact the psychological and market efficiency .

In many countries of the world stock market , the model is highly developed societies . They not only of the investor association , association of businesses , but also professional associations , such as brokers association , the guaranty associations , the Association of Consultants ... The development model of this association will increase the possibility of dialogue between different groups of subjects on the market , especially with the management agency , from which to build professional standards and market trends to the operation more efficient , more transparent.

In Vietnam today , the model associations on the stock market has only two such organizations as the Association of Investors Financial and Business Association securities . Meanwhile, in theory, to stock market operations , required the participation of the four main subject categories , such as managers, intermediary financial institutions , investors and listed companies block . Look on this platform can physically see the stock market still the voice of the Association of the listed organizations , is to represent the voice of the listed companies before problems arise on the market.

Vietnam's stock market is growing in volume, but it is also attached to the more complex nature, investors are generally more difficult to get the goods well, in bad, by financial institutions for transparency too many limitations . In this context , the Association of Institutions for listing if it was established with support activities such as upgrading the quality of each disclosure of information , organize the dialogue between companies and investors , the dialogue between Listed companies and manager ... , will contribute to promote more transparency on Vietnam's stock market .

If 10 years we have built Vietnam's stock market is our task in the future is how to promote professionalism , efficiency of the market. In this task , follow me , pressure transparent information should be considered as a source to improve the quality of governance in enterprises , enhance the efficiency of the market . There is no reason to reject the association formed for the listing of companies where this association needs and be able to upgrade transparency on the stock market today.
